Not too long ago I was contacted by a vaccinated individual who A) asked me if he was done for B) was low on funds and C) asked me if I had any health advice.
I said: no, you’re not done for, vaccine detox, contrary to the present assertions of some, is actually possible, it’s been done by Dr Ariyana Love and a bunch of other people, but the medicines and supplements used in their protocols cost money.1
However, in the absence of funds, a good deal of positive progress may still be made.
Things that can be done include:
pH optimisation
Grounding
Tobacco
Forest bathing
Self-healing
What effect the full and combined application of these approaches would be is there to be discovered. The result, at a minimum, won’t be less than detox being an awful lot easier than if they weren’t employed. Given the powers that I suspect forest bathing and self-healing hold, it may be possible to achieve success entirely through these means. Whatever the case, the way to find out is by putting them to use, so I present the following options that people may know what can be done.
pH Optimisation
Bringing the body out of over-acidity, and into optimised alkalinity, is, at the least, a huge boon in a detox effort, but more likely, wholly foundational and essential.
Various vaccine malices (parasites, pathogens, nanotech) which must be overcome in a detox effort, do not, as I am told, do well in conditions of optimised pH.
According to the book The pH Miracle by Dr Robert Young, in conditions of right pH, disease finds no ground where it may take root.
So when pH is optimal, people are A) healthier and less likely to succumb to illness, and B) the resources of their immune systems may be put to the task of overcoming the vaccine. The immune system being, according to my understanding, the tool by which the vaccine may be removed from the body.
pH can be optimised via A) one’s diet, B) probably the Buteyko breathing method (I’ve not made more than a cursory investigation of this but I’m pretty sure its success comes through the balancing of bodily acid-base levels) and C) grounding.

Grounding
Grounding is all-round brilliant for one’s health.
Initially I imagined this to be a health bar up factor, which it is, but I didn’t realise how much power it had until I was taken out of a very worrisome state of health, to a stable one, through the interventions of prayer, and one sleep on a grounding sheet.

Standing on the Earth is free, and grounding sheets are roughly a $100 expense. Which I would put in strong contention for the first money to spend in improving one’s health.
Tobacco
Nicotine has loads of benefits, and smoking tobacco upregulates, to a net benefit, detoxification and anti-oxidant factors, including glutathione production - glutathione being the big deal detox molecule.
Reports on the effects of nicotine and tobacco against covid/spike protein/whatever this thing is have been pretty good. We heard that thing from Italy about how nobody who ended up hospitalised by covid was a smoker. I found this screenshot on Twitter, which would explain that.
And just to throw this in there, during times of plague, for boys at Eton it was a disciplinary offence not to smoke, since smoking was understood to ward off the disease.
Sadly, regular cigs are no longer official TSIACVD prescription, this is because of a new suspicion that filters are tainted with graphene oxide – an unsalutary substance as most of you know. I haven’t been able to work out how often cigarettes are poisoned in this way, and I’m hoping that it’s a false alarm, but I do need to pass the message along.
In any case, the rolled-up organic stuff is fine. So I recommend doing that.

Forest bathing
This is another topic for a future post, but we’re being told that getting into nature, and forest bathing in particular, is a super potent health practice.

And another screenshot from Dr Love’s Telegram channel. There, according to the leading vaccine-detox expert, forest bathing beats protocols in benefit to the immune system.
As I say, the subject deserves further investigation, but the practice is so effective because, according to Dr Love, trees literally emit medicines for us to breathe in.
Self-healing
Self-healing - it’s a thing.
Again, a subject that deserves a fuller piece, but at the minute I just want to throw it out there.
Healing power is locked within you – ready to be accessed.
If you want to find out about this, when you’re just about to fall asleep – the time when your brain falls into its most suggestible state – tell your body what to do, affirm what you wish to be true, and feel what you want to happen happening. It can take a bit of practice, but soon enough – if you’re sceptical of this – you’ll understand what I’m on about. Doing the above in a meditative state is step number two. This is good because you don’t have to be half-asleep to do it, it just takes a touch of practice on the meditation front.
Ok, with that said, another thing worth knowing about on this topic is that psychological susceptibility is at play in vaccine outcomes.
I say this because I read on Twitter, the story of an oncologist who reported on all the never-seen-before turbo cancers he’s been dealing with. In this thing, which is buried so deep in my likes or bookmarks that I’m not going to try to look for it just yet, he said, and I think I’m getting this right, that all the patients he was dealing with, didn’t want to get the vaccine, but ended up getting it to access employment or travel.
For whatever reason, the fact that they went against their consciences, if I may make that assumption, made them more susceptible to vaccine injury. The point is – their psychological state made them vulnerable to damage, and the conclusion I’m drawing, is that if we can assess and change the state of our psyche, we can change our susceptibility to harm.
Bonus topics – Fasting and Sauna
Fasting
Fasting is a general health bar up factor. Needs confirmation, but I’ve heard that spike protein doesn’t fare well when the body is in a fasted state, as in, they’re gobbled up by the autophagic process. In my personal experience, at periods when I’ve been struggling, I always remember feeling better after forgoing food for a day or two.
Sauna
Sauna doesn’t quite fit under this piece’s ‘free’ rubric but it’s a highly effective health bar booster. See this piece for the run through. It’s also funnier than I remember.
Conclusion
That’s it for now. Those are my zero/low-cost detox techniques. They form a solid foundation for detox, if not the foundation for detox. Given how far from the natural state of health most people have been taken from by environmental affronts, and given how most people aren’t dead from the vaccine, I wonder how much effect the vaccine would have if all of these approaches were put into complete practice, most of them essentially being about bringing the body back into its natural, healthful state.2
And in other news, I’ve got my hands on a load of the essential oils needed for detox. And they’re crazy potent, it being possible, as I’ve discovered, to get a discernible high from them. I will be able to start writing about them soon.
I don’t remember exactly, but Dr Love’s protocol adds up to a couple thousand dollars - though she’s able to make it cheaper.
Circadian cycles, light environment, exercise, socialising are the other factors which come to mind.
