To it I would add the use of tobacco and a grounding bed sheet. Both of which I’ve found to be of tremendous benefit.
I did not take the vaccine yet have suffered badly from the bioweapon after exposure from nasal swabs and shedding. A log of my efforts to counter its effects may be found here.
